Role Description

Our team is seeking dependable, skilled help for residential service work in both the Northwest Arkansas and Little Rock metro areas. This is an independent contractor role ideal for individuals based in either region. Applicants should be comfortable commuting to jobs within their local area, but are not expected to travel between regions. All contractors are required to use our work order management app to receive assignments, track progress, and submit documentation. Clear, timely photo documentation of completed work is required. While the role offers some flexibility, availability must align with the schedule of each assigned work order. We are initially hiring for contract-based work, but the role has potential to transition into a full-time position for the right candidates.

Role Responsibilities

• General home repair

• Appliance repair/replacement

• Sheetrock repair/installation

• Painting and millwork repair/installation

• Minor electrical, plumbing & HVAC experience a plus

• Siding, roof, and fence repairs

• Ability to multitask and meet work order deadlines

• Proficient with and the ability to adapt to changes in technology

Schedule

Contract-based, paid hourly per assigned work order. Work is scheduled according to job needs, and availability must align with the timing of each service request.

Compensation & Job Type

$20/hour contract-based; opportunity to transition to a full-time position may be available based on performance and workload.
